On a night that featured some performances that weren’t the greatest on AGT 2013, Taylor Williamson impressed me with his comedy act and his ability to make even Heidi Klum laugh, the judge that told him his act was not appropriate for children and she did not think he was that funny during his Quarterfinals performance on America’s Got Talent 2013! I love this guy, as do many teen girls apparently, and I think he rocked it last night on America’s Got Talent Season 8. Will he move on? There is something about this guy that makes you want to like him. His awkwardness is funny and he makes it even funnier. At one point in his set he says, “You guys are awkward.” I thought it was hilarious and I was laughing out loud throughout most of this set. I think Taylor is so funny and his banter with the judges and Nick Cannon is great. His jokes have not been the funniest, but these past two performances he has improved and last night was the best yet and maybe even the best of the night.
America needs to laugh and I think they enjoy the comedians on AGT 2013, so I think he will be safe tonight (especially since he is the second highest video viewed on the AGT YouTube page, only behind Collins Key). Do those views turn into votes though? Check out the performance here and you judge:
